Wonderful service by all the staff! Friendly, warm and sincere. The free shuttle turned out to be the owner and staff who came to get us from the station! The 3 private onsen was a big draw for us as we were shy. Beautiful sea view! Would definitely return!

Stayed here with family and a small child in order to catch a flight early the next morning. Location didn't disappoint - it's across from the international terminal connected by a covered bridge. However be warned that the bridge is open to air (via the boat quay at its end) and can still be subject to the prevalent temperatures. The staff were excellent, proactively showing us discount coupons which we could use in the airport during dinner hours, and helping us when we encountered hiccups with our check in process. The Queen Room was big and there was enough space to do a final pack of our luggage.

Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and sea view. Only a 10 minutes walk to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service (every 15 minutes in the morning), sending you from the airport to the departure terminal. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful.
