Nat and the staff were friendly and really helpful. We stayed in the quad share Japanese Tatami room and it was clean, comfortable and enough room for the 4 of us. The futons were comfortable to sleep on. It had a beautiful view out the window of the trees and snow. The shared bathroom was very clean and functional. The location is great being only a few minutes drive to Appi Kogen ski resort and the onsen. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others!

Location close enough to walk to ski area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Great coffe too! Room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet location. Bonus of hot spring bath on site. On our arrival staff gave directions/map of area in English and suggested places to eat—very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese.
