The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.

The area is full of restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a short walk away. Communication with the host was excellent – such a kind, helpful, and welcoming person. The property is a short walk from town. Really central and very easy to walk to the lake. It is a steep ish road down to the lake and a bit of a climb up but was fine, even in the heat. Hosts so friendly & helpful. A delight!! They helped us with travel to our friend's wedding. They had no English and our Italian was sketchy but we got by.

Very comfortable high standard property. Has everything you need including complimentary extras to make the stay even more welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the roof top terrace to relax with water and hillside views. The bed was super comfortable. We just wished we could stay longer as we loved it so much. It is a lovely quaint quiet town with restaurants along the waterfront to enjoy that are very reasonably priced. Bracciano is not far away with a beautiful and interesting castle to visit. There is a ferry to take you around the lake but only on certain days in June.

Alessandro is a very kind host and available for any questions, ready to provide all the necessary assistance. The accuracy with which he created the right atmosphere, in order to make your stay at “la casa sul lago” unforgettable, is exceptional and rare to find. The view from the back garden will fill your eyes with beauty and nature that only Italy can offer! A private garage is also at disposal if you come by car. The location was great, Pietro met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He had also saved us a parking spot right next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot not far from the apartment. There was a bit of a language barrier, as Pietro spoke Italian and we not so much, but we managed quite well. And messaging with Pietro was fast and easy, thanks to Google translate. The apartment was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. We didn't try the laundry machine, but they had everything you need to wash your clothes, including detergent. The air conditioning worked well and the area was quiet and safe, lot of restaurants and the beaches nearby. We traveled with a 6 mo baby and there was a travel cot made ready for her, including her own towels.

Lovely Apartment with all the comforts! Great attention to detail. The owner is really kind and welcoming. The apartment is small with everything needed: a kitchenette, bathroom, one bedroom (with air conditioning & wall heating). The private garden and chairs are undercover, suitable for barbecues ... (washing machine also available). BONUS Free and Secure Parking. The only niggle was the entrance: close to a very busy road, so please be careful, as this is also the road to the lake/beach... no pathway could be dangerous. Highly Recommended.
