It is quite close to the pedestrianised tourist area (10 minute bus ride then an interesting escalator/lift combo) and it has a swimming pool and small garden on the roof. None of the very central hotels has a similar roof pool as far as I am aware. The room was ok but not great. Very quiet at night, large confortable bed, we had a good night sleep. The position is the best to visit both the city by minimetro (a short fun ride) and the other towns of Umbria. A large good supermarket nearby makes the stay easier and cheaper. The host met us and kindly allowed a very early check-in, so we gained a whole visiting day.
