24-hour desk is great to have; the host was so helpful in getting us checked in and showing where's what. Being tired and sleep-deprived after a long travel, and arriving in the middle of the night, it sure was welcome. All the facilities are clean and well planned out. The bed is very comfortable. The whole place is very clean and feels very safe. I would definitely recommend for a solo female traveler.

The location was superb. We left our car in an inexpensive carpark and did much of our exploration on foot. We were beside the lake, near the parliament buildings, across from the church (which kindly was NOT ringing its bells), and dozens of excellent restaurants. We drove to the sites further afield. We had selected the "Big Room 307" and were charmed by it. A separate bedroom, good bathroom, and a sitting room with sofa and bar stools at the counter. The breakfast buffet got us off to a good start each day. All the Reception staff were great with Martin setting the tone. Lovely to have met you all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with privacy, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The location was also super convenient, close to city center and public transport. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

1. It was super clean! 2. Owner was very responsive on Booking.com and the instruments on how to enter the building and apartment was well explained 3. Comfy mattresses: I was not well on the first night so was very grateful for a good night’s rest 4. Newly renovated/ built 5. Parking is right by the building entrance! 6. Well-equipped kitchen with quality tea (Pukka） and a Nespresso machine 7. 5 minutes walk to Reykjavik Kitchen 8. 7 minutes walk to the Storm Hotel where we were picked up for the Northern Lights tour

    Beautiful home for holiday stay Everything was so warmly and perfect Felt like I am home away from home Was welcome with a lovely cup of tea at arrival, kitchen was lovely. Will come back and stay here again if I come to Iceland again.

    It is truly an exceptional apartment that has everything in it. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom- everything was fully equipped and perfectly clean. The apartment itself is modern and.... nice&cosy. The owner did everything to make our stay as good as possible. Tens, tens, tens across the board. It was the best place I have ever booked.

    Hello! It was a really pleasant stay. The flat is great, well equipped and cozy (nice & cozy say it all!) Some people mentioned quote: full of personal items end of quote. If books and nice pictures on the wall bother you... Then go in a tasteless aseptic hotel room .... Cherry on the cake, the really detailed informations we got prior arrival helped a lot. (We arrived at night) It was also nice to receive a message in the middle of our stay asking if all is fine and if we need anything else. Just perfect :)
