Very convenient to airport. The airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport was smooth and punctual. On the night we arrived to the hotel it was late and we ordered dinner via room service. The food came quickly and was great.

What a fantastic experience we had with our 5-night stay!! This is our first stay at a Hard Rock hotel and we are very impressed. The location is excellent....right in the city centre. You can walk to the main shopping streets (5-10min walk) and other tourist attractions like Dublin Castle etc. There are MANY bars and restaurants within 2-min walk from the hotel. Our check-in was excellent. Special thanks to Stephanne for a very friendly welcome. What we loved the most was that we could get an electric or acoustic guitar or a turn-table delivered to our room (and change them as we pleased) during the entire stay. Rooms were very comfortable too. I would strongly recommend staying here when in Dublin

The hotel was convenient to our flight the next day and included underground parking for our rental car. Although a bit pricier than we would have liked for our night before an early flight, the accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and spacious.

Beautiful and spacious accommodations for a group of 4 friends. Many hotels in the area don't allow 4 adults in one hotel room so this 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Also the beds were a king and a queen rather than the double beds in many other places. Even had robes for use and a great view (top floor). Airport shuttle was quick and on time. Will absolutely stay there again if ever back in Dublin.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful & professional. Room was beautiful and very clean the same goes for the bathroom. Brilliant there was a car park which was free for short stays. All in all I will personally stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending to others. Very useful to fly and stay also will look into this for my August holiday

We arrived at the Crowne Plaza late after a late flight - everything was easy, from check in to check out - breakfast was excellent - a really unexpected, but welcome level of quality overall. Bar staff also very good, friendly and made it clear bar was closing and what customers needed to do for further service. Overall, really comfy stay at this hotel - while not cheap, it was a very comfortable stay just before we jetted off on holiday for the week - would definitely come back again (in fact, have already booked for next year)
