Excellent, serene location, ideal for relaxation! The staff was amazing, helped me with arranging everything, from transfers to cruise they made everything so easy. My cave room was very elegant, spotlessly clean and breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous view, simply a must!The winery hall right in the heart of the building is incredible. Nice atmosphere. Cosy place and friendly people.

I honestly don't know where to start when it comes to praising this accommodation. We booked the Junior Suite with Pool and Garden View without thinking too much about it, but we were genuinely blown away by the experience. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was not only huge but also extremely comfortable for two people. Everything was spotlessly clean, and to our surprise, we didn’t encounter a single bug or spider—something you might usually expect in warmer climates. Breakfast was lovely and offered a great start to each day. A massive thank you and heartfelt shoutout to Dimitra, who truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, she went above and beyond—offering fantastic recommendations for food, activities, and even helping us with our transfer to the airport. Her kindness and support made all the difference. If I ever return to Santorini, I will absolutely be staying here again

The house is incredibly spacious and well-decorated. We felt very pampered with the complimentary snacks and drinks at the house, and the external area was one of the highlights of the property. The other one was the bathroom, we loved how big it was. The host was very accommodating and considerate. We will definitely go back!

The staff is fantastic—they are the best staff ever!!! Everyone made us feel at home and had a protective attitude toward all family members. They have wonderful references for car rentals, boat trips, restaurant suggestions, etc- they took care of everything And the breakfast is a dream - a la carte!     The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Pyrgos. It is clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities that make a vacation comfortable. However, above all, I would like to mention and thank George, the property manager, for his availability and professionalism, which made everything easier for us during our stay.

    Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely informative, friendly and helpful. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into making this accomodation the perfect stay for guests. The location is central to other tourist locations and really is a great spot. The breakfast, view, cleanliness, and location were all absolutely fantastic, I would definitely stay here again! The host even supported us in planning and booking activities.

    Patina Vivera is a lovely place to stay! The place has a wonderful calm and relaxing vibe. The breakfast was delicious, the house was very clean, the staff was very kind and offered super service and it was easy to communicate with the host. The house and the outdoor areas were fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view is absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful holiday at Patina Vivera and would love to come back!
