Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment with views from all parts of the house!! Spotless bed linens that smelled of musk. We arrived late at the house, we found the key very easily and a wonderful welcome. The hostess responded immediately and helped us with everything we asked for. The comfortable parking served us incredibly well. We enjoyed the peace and the comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, which is part of a private house with its own entrance. It is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Perdika port, where there are many cafes to enjoy. The host was absolutely delightful – very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. I am thrilled with my experience.

Comfortable , well equipped apartment, extremely helpful and responsive hosts, direct access to the sea, excellent quiet location close to shops and the delightful tavernas of Perdika. I would come back just for the view from the huge terrace! I would also recommend hiring an E-bike from the local hire shop.

This is the prettiest appartment I have been to by now on Booking. The interior design is very interesting and I like that they thought of the quality of furnirure, sanitaries, soaps, bed sheets, everything. Bed is very confortable and the view from the terrace is nice.

    Perdika is a great village destination. Close to Aegina Town it has several excellent restaurants by the water . The comfortable apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes . The position of the apartment is wonderful with great sea views . The access to the apartment is via an external spiral staircase so anyone with limited mobility or very large luggage may find this difficult but the photos show the stairs very clearly . We would stay here again .

    This place is literally heaven on earth. This boutique hotel is all you need for an island stay. Secluded but not isolated. 10 mins walk from Perdika's charming harbour. The swimming pool and gardens are dreamy. Clean room and comfortable. Kind and helpful staff. No mosquitoes as other reviews mentioned, maybe it was the time of the year. We will definitely be returning.

    The hotel's location was truly remarkable, offering an exceptional setting that added to the overall experience. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness further elevated the quality of our stay.     The owners are amazing people, very helpful and discreet. The apartment felt like home, it was super clean, quiet and it contained all the facilities that somebody may need on their holidays. There is a small beach two steps down the apartments which is fantastic for morning swimming and for sunset view. Super market and bakery are 5 minutes far by walking. Our staying there was a beautiful experience, we left with a smile in our faces, and we will definitely go there next time we go in Aegina.
