The location of the house is great, you can reach the center in a few minutes by walking. We stayed for about 1 week. Everything is available in the house, brand new and spotlessly clean. When I come to Chios again I will definitely stay here without looking elsewhere. The owner is very nice, kind and helpful. He reached to us even before our holiday start. The reception desk was also really helpful. Even though it was only a 10 min walk from the reception to the studio, they organised a transfer for me on the back of a motorbike. They also offer free bicycle hire, which I would highly recommend to get around the island. It was simple accommodations but quite roomy and perfect for if you’re travelling solo.
