The view onto the bridges from the lounge and kitchen was amazing and the apartment was very large. It was very cold when I arrived very late at night, and I immediately turned on the heating in the the bedroom, which was very efficient and warmed the room very quickly. Communication with the owner was very good and efficient with very easy to followinstructions, and the self check in was very convenient considering I arrived past midnight. There's even private parking just in front of the house. Pity I didn't stay longer to enjoy the apartment.

    Beautiful views 😍 of North Queenferry, the train station was a 8 minutes walk to get to Edinburgh waverley, which is the city centre. The aquarium deep sea is a 4 minutes walk from the house. Very close to the lighthouse and walk trials. I would definitely recommend staying there so beautiful 😍.

    We stayed here for a night before a flight and were very pleased. The location is quiet with a lovely view of Edinburgh bridges. We had dinner at the restaurant which was really nice, and the bus to the airport is next door! Will probably come back.

    The view is incredible and so quiet as long as you like the sound of the trains on the bridge. Perfect for a solo stay, although a couple would love it too. No problem parking but be aware of the flight steps up to the house. Lovely big shower. Great range of teas and coffee provided.

    The hosts were very helpful and replied to messages promptly. The accommodation was clean and well presented, the views of the Fourth estuary are astounding. We will definitely return to Three bridges waterfront in the future.

    From our room there was a view of the three forth bridges, which was tremendous. Don't know if there are many with that view though. Food (evening meal) was pretty good and not extortionate but overall the hotel is overpriced for the location in April. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was an airport stayover when others nearer were fully booked so bit expensive for that, particularly since parking at airport becomes an add on.

    We like staying here for the location and its views. It is quiet and comfortable. Clean and well equipped. A parking space is available. The Wee restaurant round the corner serves excellent food.

    I've became a regular as this hotel is very close to work and my last stay the house keeping girl her name is Paige helped me tremendously and made my stay even more comfortable by attending to our room while we were having breakfast and left the room like were ready to check back and she deserves big shout out
