Excellent room. Clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. We stayed here before, about 8 years ago, so we knew what to expect. We were guests at a Scottish wedding that was being held in the Banchory Lodge, and that was perfectly arranged as well.

We received a very warm welcome from Lynda who showed us the apartment and handed over the keys. The apartment is spacious, has everything we could wish for and was very comfortable. We would have loved to use the balcony, unfortunately it was too cold, but it is a real plus. Duncan, the owner, was very responsive and helped with any requests immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Brilliant wee cottage/bothy in the hamlet of Finzean. Cosy, and a home from home with a lovely welcome pack including biscuits and wine. Close to the farm shop for some nice goodies or a coffee. Angus was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful

everything was amazing, the room was super clean and warm, the bathroom beautiful with a shower and also a bathtub the lady was very kind, she asked what we wanted for breakfast and she made us the typical scottish breakfast, it was very good i wish i stayed there more.

    Wonderful stay in gorgeous country with magnificent views. The accomodation had everything you needed. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and every gadget you could need to cook whatever you wanted. Great sitting area with wood burner and an extremely comfortable bed. Parking on site. 5 minutes to Lumphanan. 15 minutes to Banchory for Tesco. Wonderful hosts who you would not know were even there. Thank you Alison and Iain. We will hopefully be back.

    The accommodation itself was clean and perfectly served our needs as a family with 2 small children. What made the difference for us was the way Julie went above and beyond to help us when our son got sick, meaning we had to extend our stay. We couldn't have been more grateful to Julie for not only arranging the additional nights we needed to allow our son to recover, but also coming with us to the hospital to make sure we had help on hand if needed. We couldn't have asked for more.
