We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was comfy and clean and we had our own big bathroom. We have been served a traditional cooked breakfast (you could also choose vegetarian options). We also had a great dinner at the pub that's right next door. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks so much!

The place was right beside the Loch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We travelled with our dog. The room was like a private little cottage with a nice bathroom. It was very clean, we had hot water all through our stay. There was no noise in the evening, this made it very easy to sleep well. We had coffee, tea, a kettle, a private coffee machine and complementary biscuits in our room. The decor of the room and the bathroom were updated. It had a very nice and tasteful decor. Usually people travelling with dogs don't get nice rooms but this room was delightful, very clean, there was no damp ( I have asthma and felt very well all through my stay, ).The Full Scottish breakfast was very good too. The breakfast room and the whole place was beautiful, full of nice characteristics. During breakfast we had a nice place to sit in a dinning room overlooking the beautiful Loch. We asked for advise about how to spend our short stay. We appreciated their very efficient advice as it helped us have a perfect day. We were offered not only one but two parking spaces (we had the opportunity to park right in front our room if we wanted to. We were ok with the general parking area of Village Inn, but still the offer was very thoughtful).

The house was tucked away in between two lochs and the journey there was just spectacular. The place was very homely as were the people. The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend booking this listing rather than some big commercialized hotel.

    The location and accommodation are excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. An ideal base for the weekend for our group. Short, pleasant walk to Arrochar as well. Worth mentioning that the village shop is about 100 yds away for fantastic breakfast rolls in the mornings but the cottage has a very decent kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. 10/10 for our stay and would definitely stay again.

    Fantastic location, extremely good accommodation, restaurant food outstanding. Definitely try out their award winning pies. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Loved the bar. Everything you'd want for a visit or stay. Would highly recommend.

    Easy to get too, stunning views, pleasant and very kind staff. Last time I was at Arrochar it was when I was little with family holidays in the tent. First time in the hotel. I would like to mention some staff who were really kind and helpful. James in the dining room really nice to talk too, and very helpful. Analiese I hope I have spelled that correctly, oneaka and Collin all really nice people, I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

    The place has some character with a Scottish feel apart from lovely location, pleasant, clean room and E suite. The food was good and breakfast lovely - especially enjoyed the black pudding! I would be happy to recommend the accommodation. it would be great to revisit but Australia is a long distance away! Thanks for a memorable stay.

    The owners / workers from whom you collect the keys from are really not happy. It feels like they don’t want you to stay in the apartment. Most unwelcome I’ve ever felt in any paid for accommodation.

    Nice location, nice pub, nice accomodation. Typical traditional style. If you look for very modern rooms with no carpet on the floor, then this shouöd not be your choice. If you like traditional, then thiy is a place to be. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
