Highly recommended, staff were courteous and professional, our week long stay was perfect in every aspect. The breakfast is exceptional, an extensive selection of delicious food, beautifully presented. Perfect location for daily activities and evening meals. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

the manager of the property was fanatstic.any questions were delt with imediately.we accidently left a damp coat to dry near a radiator which marked the radaitor.we expained what had happened & offered to pay for the damage but the manager would not allow us to pay.remarkable in these current times.many thanks again

Staff was amazing, helpful and the location was just perfect. It's exactly where the trek fir puy de Sancy begins.we reached late and the staff helped us get ice for our beer. The location is super beautiful and we ended up watching stars at night from our rooms and woke up to the view of the mountains. One of the best hotel stays ever

Quiet location but very near to restaurants and shops, which is what we like. Easy to get to the main roads by car leading to the nordic ski stations. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Room was a nice size. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Bed (160cm wide) was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much except to prepare breakfast. We would stay there again.
