It is brand new and the two balconies are fantastic, where you have sun in the morning and throughout the evening. Top equipment in the kitchen and a rain shower, all new. The pool is also new and it’s lovely to lie in the sun there. We were received very nicely for check-in, and the host is always available. Almost everything is within walking distance, the beach is a 15-minute walk, and the center is 5 minutes away.
