Such a kind and helpful host, I came in at night and she wanted to make sure that I ate so the walked with me to a local spot. She even offered to pick me up in case I was scared! Everything was perfectly clean and in the morning she even made me a coffee with sweets. Perfect place if you're travelling to another city!

Sam, the manager and one of the executive chefs, went above and beyond to ensure that my dad and I felt truly at home during our stay in Punta Cana/DR. Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Throughout our stay, Sam remained effortlessly accessible through WhatsApp, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and seamlessly. His unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile set this resort apart from others. Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. It’s definitely a perfect place to relax and to recharge.

The villa was absolutely beautiful: bright, clean, and surrounded by tropical gardens. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen; it gave me the freedom to cook whenever I wanted. The garden pool was stunning, always clean and quiet. I spent hours there soaking up the sun with a good book. The beach was only a short walk away, and it was perfect for morning swims. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The area was full of great restaurants with local charm. Everything felt relaxed, safe, and welcoming. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The suite I stayed in was modern, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that had everything I could possibly need. The garden pool area was stunning and very well maintained, it felt like a little oasis right in the middle of the city. I loved how close the beach was; I could walk there in just a few minutes. Every morning, I enjoyed a quiet swim before heading out to explore the local shops and restaurants. The location was perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were polite and always available to help. It’s such a great place for solo travelers who want comfort and convenience. I left completely relaxed and already planning my return.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. My studio was spacious, with a modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. I loved that the beach was so close, just a few minutes’ walk. There were also many nice restaurants and cafes nearby, which made dining out easy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I always felt safe walking around. Everything was spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained.
