Unbelievable friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. No request was too much trouble. Room, bed and ensuite extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast were first class, plenty of options. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed here before, in december 2022, and we are glad to be back. We were very welcomed in English language which is a big plus for us since our German is not so good. The owner's daughter who workes also at the hotel dows speak English very well and the mother is improving too :-) The breakfast was very good, buffet style. We asked for a hot chocolate since we don't drink coffee and no tea. The hot chocolate was perfect. For dinner in the evening we ordered online from Bangkok Streetfood, a local Thai restaurant. Very good and tasty food for an average price. We like this hotel and looking forward to be back when we are visiting the area again.

Great big apartment Good kitchen equipment Big spacious rooms - one connected with the kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with the shower Heating - we arrived when the temperatures were low - the heating was working fine excellent communication with the landlord - we arrived late - and he left us the keys so we could open the apartment without waiting for him; also, he was helpful when we needed to stay longer (late check out). The location offers free parking. A grocery store (LIDL) is about 1.5 km from the apartment. It is also reachable by train (walking distance from the stop). There is a fast connection to the highway to Frankfurt.

We used the hotel as a base for the Euro champions game England Vs Denmark in Frankfurt. The hotel and local area was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and looked after our party of 10 guys. Breakfast was also very good for our two night stay. They organised our transport to and from the airport which was very good value and a speedy service too. Well done to all at the staff at the hotel making our stay a pleasure. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in this area. Well done and keep up your great work 👍

Great location in centre of town. We had the deluxe room which was a good size and had excellent storage. Nice touch to have carafe of water refreshed every day. The breakfast was excellent. Super to have eggs freshly cooked. Two female staff members who looked after us during our stay were excellent. Friendly and very efficient. There is no lift and we were very impressed that one of them insisted on carrying our, not light, cases upstairs.

Beuss is a good hotel for a one-night stay. The room was clean, the beds coud be seperated. Breakfast was on time and had enough to offer. The room had coffee, tea and hot chocolat. The location was quiet at night.

Firstly, the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful, with quick responses over booking.com. The superior room is almost as good as a five star hotel room. Modern and super comfortable, with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed - ten out of ten!! Breakfast is very good, with eggs made to order, nice selection of fruit, cheeses and cold meat. Good breakfast service. All in all an excellent stay, thank you so much.

It is a family run hotel - and this is felt throughout. If you believe customer service is dead, visit this place. The family is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We had a car breakdown and stayed at the hotel - reserved 10min before arrival and needed an extra day - even though the place was fully booked, something was arranged. It is simply an incredible value for money. Breakfast is very nice with a wonderful touch of the background of the family.
