EVERYTHING (except perhaps the early morning dancing pigeons on the roof that were better than any alarm clock!). The apartment is reasonably spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The host is very quick to communicate and very helpful. Absolutely everything has been thought about, and provided. Plenty of cutlery, towels, cosmetics, white goods.... I have never seen such a well-provided apartment in all my years of travel.... 11/10 without any doubt. A very short walk gets you to a supermarket and/or bar. A pleasant 10/15 minute walk takes you over the river into the city centre where a great choice of restaurants, shops and bars can be found. The River has a lovely walkway, and of course, the Munster is fantastic.

Nicoleta and her husband are very accommodating, friendly people who really care about giving you the best stay ever, really nice! The location is absolutely perfect for accessing the Donau and/or Ulm city center with bikes and we were offered the use of the garage to store them overnight. The bed was comfortable, the little kitchen was perfect and the shower super … spacious for my husband and I. Wewould stay again and recommend the accommodations to others. It was really nice to meet you both as well as your girls and thanks again for everything. 🙏🥰

It might be difficult to find the place’s entrance, but if you check their video in their check in information, all problem and concern can be solved. We booked the big underground room, there is no window but the space is huge and air circulation works very well, so no uncomfortable feeling at all. Instead, the unique layout and atmosphere made our stays so memorable. You can also use their washing machine, and enjoy so roof time on top of their building! To end my comment, the kitchen system in this room is superb!

Newly built hotel. Rooms are very clean and nicely equipped. There is a kitchenete with full equipment. The staff was very nice too. Small but well equipped gym (could have better ventilation). The hotel has hypoallergenic rooms too. Thank you, it was a great stay!

We stayed for one night. Breakfast was very nice, wide variety of options. The beds were fine. We travelled with our 1,5 year old son, they put a crib in the room, which was comfy and safe and he slept well. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable.

Rioca is one of those rare hotels where you feel at home. From the moment you enter, they welcome you with kindness and smiles. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and the room was perfect for a short travel trip, but I would also stay there for a longer vacation. The modern and cool decoration adds to the charm. What makes them unique is their attention to small details. I even received a small gift during my second day there with a hand-written note in my mother tongue, which made my day. I totally recommend it.
