Very friendly and helpful staff. They give you all the information about Hamburg you need to know. What to see, what to visit and how to get around Hamburg the easiest way. Excellent customer service. We also liked the Breakfast very much. There was plenty of everything. Parking is also very good. Either in a garage of the Hotel or across the street. 5 minutes to S-Bahn station from the Hotel. Perfect connection to the City center by S-Bahn. Just 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay in Auszeit Hotel. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back. 👍👍

The hotel is located in the beautiful centre of Buxtehude, about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Could not find availability on Booking.com fr the whole stay so I booked a single for 1 day and a double for the rest of the stay. Upon check-in that was corrected and got the double for the whole stay, and I got a room in the attic with a beautiful view. Breakfast was great, the room very big

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were careful to show me round everything (I needed to store my bicycle) and I liked how close to town it was, yet quite private and discreet.

The hotel is quite far from the centre of Buxtehude, but the long way was worth it. The furniture is top-quality, just as everything really. My apartment also had a kitchen with everything that you need for cooking. Even had coffee) Also, the staff agreed to send me a t-shirt that I forgot in the room. If I will be visiting Hamburg in a company, we'll definitely stay there!

As a place to stay on our way up and across Europe this hotel was ideal. Although it is on a busy road, our room was at the back and was quiet, with a view over fields. The food both at supper and at breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the bed comfortable. I couldn't easily have wished for more.
