Not directly on the sea shore but quite close (a short drive to two lovely sections of the coast). Car needed. Basic grocery shopping available in town, larger (super)markets require a drive. Great hiking possibilities, a good restaurant (taverna) nearby, as well as a bakery and winery. A lovely patio shared by 2 such houses. Everythinig clean and in good condition. His house is "the place to stay", a lot of space and a great location for trips around the island.
