The property is well maintained and tidy. The room was clean, well-appointed, and clean. I enjoy staying at motels such as this. As a motorcycle rider, I can park my bike directly in front of my room. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bath tub had no stopper, but he provided one quickly. Hard work by both of them have turned a seedy motel into a very pleasant, comfortable and clean one. And ......pride of ownership is obvious, both in the rooms and the exterior. We(a senior couple) have stayed in many many motels enroute to B.C from Ontario and then back again. I can honestly say that The Budget Inn ranks as one of the best.
