We couldn’t rate Sweet Songs highly enough! Everything was fantastic. First off the location is beautiful. Yes, it’s off a long and quite bumpy road but it’s totally worth it. The scenery and wildlife are incredible! It feels so peaceful within the Lodge. We stayed in a Casita which was also lovely. They had even laid out little petals across the bed when we arrived and we were given a welcome drink too. The food was also fantastic. Great options for breakfast and lunch, the dinner menu changed daily and they made great cocktails too. We saw no need to venture out of the Lodge as it had everything we needed food and drinks wise! Most importantly the staff were all so wonderful - they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and went out of their way to help you, but in a relaxed and friendly manner. We can’t wait to come back here!

We had the pleasure of staying in this delightful bungalow in Belize, and it was an absolute dream. Beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The owner welcomed us to her little slice of paradise and truly left no detail overlooked. Although the location is slightly removed from the city center, the owner provided helpful details and recommendations for reliable taxi services and food delivery options, making it easy for guests without a car to enjoy their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this charming retreat to anyone visiting Belize.

Everything ! The size of the room, which was well equipped even with Netflix on a big screen TV ! After weeks backpacking it was a luxury ! The private shower with hot water, the AC and the wifi working great, ... everything was perfect ! Sonia accommodated my needs and answered all my questions prior to arriving. The food was made to order and very good. Staff very friendly and attentive. The coffee, Garlic Tea and Ginger tea very good. Chena, the owner, sorry if I misspelled her name is so personable, she baked a chocolate cake for my birthday and made it Vegan so one of my daughters could eat it. It was yummy!

The manager of this place was so so sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay! She helped organizing our trip to the atm cave and made sure we had all information. Their restaurant was closed due to some religious holiday but she made sure we were well fed by making us delicious sandwiches. Clean rooms and nice pool area. Wish I could have stayed a few more days.
