The staff were all really nice, the facilities were clean and the room was maintained really well. The pools are amazing, the pool bar was a hit! Cocktails are so good and the fruit tingles will have you happier than ever. The restaurant Inkstone was really good, the food is yummy and they do take away. The rainforest walk was fabulous apart from all the spiders but it was great to see it left alone for nature to do it thing. The wildlife were really friendly and approachable. Buffet breakfast was amazing as you can have as much as you like with a good variety of food. Love the coffee bar on site and free refreshments everywhere. Towels were also free to use. The gym was small but clean and had new equipment with a range of dumbbells. The Observatory is beautiful and you can do yoga classes there. This was a home away from home.

The location was beautiful and nice and close to most things. The staff were so lovely as well as the people there. The air cons in the cabins were absolutely beautiful especially for how hot it was outside, they got so cold and kept us extremely comfortable. Massive shower was stunning as well as free wifi and a big tv which made each evening of our stay wonderful.

The staff was very enthusiastic and tried their best to guide you on the use of electromechanical equipment. Once, they also guided me to the wild animals that appeared near the hotel. There is a supermarket that opens at 9:00 p.m. about 500 meters away. Buy ingredients there and then cook in the hotel's restaurant. Wonderful three days. 😊

Absolutely brilliant in every way. Immaculately clean and contemporary presentation. Brilliant bathrooms and showers. Very well equipped kitchenette indeed, had more kit than my home. Incredible view from the balcony and picture windows off the lounge. Buggy = :-) :-) :-) Rave on... you get it.

    Hamilton Island is so beautiful. We have stayed a few times in wonderful accommodation that was much cheaper than the Palm Bungalows, with fantastic amenities and amazing views. We were expecting luxury and comfort and privacy ( this was not the case) for paying over $550 per night. Very basic amenities and not cleaned daily as they came at 8.15am and we were sleeping in on Holidays.

    The pick up and drop off service from/ to the airport were very thoughtful. Nice accommodation, nice pool and spa. We loved and enjoyed. And also Thank you for letting us stay later than 10am at the last day. Highly recommend in the future.

    Relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Views were spectacular, amenities in the accommodation were great. We rang for more face washers and they were delivered within 1/2 hr. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. ATV tour was great. My girls has two massages during the stay. Pool areas were always clean.

    The hosts (luxury holidays) were incredible. We had a few quirks to our trip and they were always contactable and friendly. We have 3 small kids and we stayed at the Reef View before staying here and what an upgrade. It is spacious, easy to get to, the view is amazing and the spa really kept our kids entertained.

    The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was great having wifi at the property as a few of us were working remotely during our stay. The apartment was in the perfect location as it is close to the marina and IGA. It was also very handy having the buggy included as part of the accomodation. It made it very easy to move around the island and go exploring. Maree was lovely to deal with. She was patient, kind, and accomodating. We will be recommending this place to anyone who travels to Hamilton Island.
