The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Everything was excellent, from the bedroom views to the plate of fresh fruit from the orchard and the big breakfast. The owner kindly minded my backpack while I went for a hike up on the hills after I checked out. Look forward to going back, highly recommend too anyone staying in the area.

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

Place is amazing to stay, they have private garden with 4 kittens! Host allowed us to pick fruits and berries. Highly recommend to try their food menu too, roasted chichen was delicious

The owner at this accommodation really overdelivered, being hospitable, generous, and taking us on a tour of his amazing orchard. The bathroom is clean and includes both towel and shampoo, and while the rooms are small and basic, they're good value for the price. The location is beautiful and has convenience stores and a bus stop for the bus to Yerevan just downhill from the orchard.
