This was the perfect spa day for us, relaxing by the pool and sauna. The rooms were wonderful with loads of space and a balcony too. Edis was the most incredible staff member and helped us go to some wineries. He was friendly, hospitable and went truly above and beyond to give us the best stay. The breakfast included was fantastic.

Old school hotel with all of the perks. Great staff that could help me both locally and getting away. The rooms are well equipped and solidly built. I loved that they didn't have small single use amenities.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from, probably from the previous owner. The surroundings of the hotel Pure nature, three minutes by train from ABI ÇARSHIA. The rooms are a nice size, some with a balcony, very clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite has the best chicken fillet in the city, the owner father and son were really nice, we always had a coffee as a gift from the house. I'd love to do it again whenever I'm back in Kosovo.

Hotel staff was very helpul and friendly. In the room the bed was OK, along with the rest of the facilities. The breakfast had the same menu everyday but variated covering fruit, vegetables, and some meat, eggs, etc. You can ask for milk if you want that in your breakfast tea or coffee.

Featuring an à-la-carte restaurant, Theranda Hotel is located in the very centre of Prizren next to the Lumbardhi river promenade filled with bars and cafés. best thing is the location, basically we used the car for out of town trips, you are in the middle of everything , river, markets, restaurants, etc. our room had a balcony which overlooks the river, markets, etc., just sitting in the balcony at night or early morning was a real pleasure . the room was spacious with all necessary items. the staff were very cooperative.
