A driver met us at arrivals with a sign, packed our luggage in the van, and we took a smooth ride to the Hilton. Every staff member we encountered upon arrival greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist Kim Cynthia was very sweet! She checked us in and let us know how we could book a taxi and where to find a place to get our hair done (very much needed at the time!) Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious!
