The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Nagoya. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.
