There’s everything on site, restaurant, pool, spa, ski room, bowling etc and it’s SO handy when you ski as you can literally ski back to the hotel. Hotel staff is super helpful and polite. We had the best time during Christmas !

The host was really sweet and helped us with the checkin and directions. She made our stay really smooth. The location of the campsite is wow. Near to popular tourist destination Roros but still peaceful and quite. We had amazing stay in the wonderful cabin. The home was well equipped and amazing for a 4 people. We were able to witness snowfall in may end at this place. The property was exceptionally clean and nice. Peaceful and lovely.

Steinvik Camping, a property with a garden, is situated in Moelv, 8 km from Biri Travbane, 30 km from Maihaugen, as well as 30 km from Norwegian Post Museum. The cabin had lots of heaters and was very warm . The grounds are spotless and so was the cabin . It is an older campsite but well looked after .The restaurant was quite basic but reasonably priced and live music made it fun . Everything required to self cater was provided . Good base for sightseeing
