Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

I loved the design and decor, very close to nature around it. The hosts are great. Very well informed and accommodating. They were able to prepare packed breakfast for me during my stay as I was leaving the property very early. The animals are also very docile and friendly. I also walked away with a bunch of plant cuttings and a recipe for deviled calamari!

You can also access the beach front restaurants on other resort properties easily. To top it all I have experienced the best personalized customer service at Diyash Hotel. We met Raj, Anushan, safan, Hassan and Prashanthi. They all went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Thank you all.❤️

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a balcony, Heavenly Hideaway is located in Nilaveli. After 9 days of touring, Heavenly Hideaway was exactly what we needed. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the property, which is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well equipped. From beach towels and toiletries to a washing machine with powder—everything was thoughtfully provided, which was perfect for refreshing clothes after travelling. The apartment’s terrace was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning ocean view. We especially loved the rooftop hot tub, where we enjoyed sunsets in total relaxation. The pool was a lovely temperature, with plenty of shaded spots, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t leave the area during our 3-night stay—there are fantastic beach bars and a stunning Italian restaurant just steps away. It’s also an ideal base for snorkelling trips to Pigeon Island or Angel Rock. The sea is crystal clear, and the sand is soft and white—a true tropical paradise. The whole experience was the perfect end to our amazing holiday. I could have stayed far longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach escape.

Everything, we came during low season without knowing it but it didn't matter at all because the staff made our stay so perfect we didn't want to leave the hotel. The room is amazing and the pool really enjoyable. Not to miss the restaurant our dinners were delicious. We'll come back for sure!!!

It was a very nice, new and clean apartment with all facilities as described. Just in front of the beach, with a big pool and a gym.

Located in Nilaveli, a few steps from Nilaveli Beach and 5.7 km from Pigeon Island National Park, Ralla Nilaveli offers a garden and air conditioning. The apartment overlooked the sea. Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, with everything needed. Comfy beds, a/c, good bathroom, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge. I wish we could have stayed longer. And the weather despite the low season was perfect. 30c and clear blue skies.
