Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.
