Very friendly staff, very nice lobby and the rooms were comfy, clean and quite. Would stay here anytime again. Great price for such a nice hotel!

Featuring natural hot spring baths on site, Onyado Nono Nara Natural Hot Spring is set in Nara, just a 3-minute walk from JR Nara Station. Everything was perfect! The onsen, the midnight meal, and the tatami-style interior and room were amazing. Just one thing to mention—the room temperature was quite hot for us, even after turning off the heater. Maybe it was because our room was located just above the onsen. We definitely re-booking at another Onyado Nono hotel in another city.

A 10-minute drive from Kintetsu Nara Train Station on the hotel’s free shuttle, Mikasa offers open-air baths and a dining room with beautiful Nara views. On-site parking is free. I liked everything from Mikasa. They have a small reception in Nara city centre, and the lady who Works there is so sweet and nice. The bus collected me and my friend there, and took us to Mikasa, which is in a quiet and isolated area. The reception couldn’t be better. We had a member of their team showing us everything (I forgot her name, so sorry). We could choose a yucata, and then she took us to our bedroom,which was lovely and immaculately clean. We then had dinner - one of the highlights - which was beautiful and delicious. After dinner, we went to a tour at the mountains and the tour guide was lovely,and explained to us many things about the area. The following day we went to the hotel’s onsen and it was amazing. Breakfast was the best one I had in Japan. Mikasa was for sure one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you so much to everyone that made this experience unique. Arigato gozaimasu!

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nara Natural Hot Spring is set in Nara, within 500 metres of Nara Station and 18 km of Iwafune Shrine. The nature spring is quite good. They even provides free icecreams. Breakfast is good.

Boasting a public bath, AB Hotel Nara is located a 2-minute walk from Nara Station. The property offers free WiFi in all areas and private paid parking on site. Great location 2 minute walk from the train station. There are many popular places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was included and it was pretty decent. Not as many amenities as other hotels but really good value for your money.
