Beautiful place, cozy, modern, nice staff, they only thing is that they may have a sign or signs before getting there on the road to make travelers an easier way to get there. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. Where could I start, we happened to book Nikis by chance as it had a great view and a pool. We really lucked out! The team were super accommodating, arranging anything we needed. The food was exceptional and the view was spectacular! Comfy beds, great wine, great people and dog friendly too! We were so impressed with the whole experience we have now decided to hold our wedding at Nikis next year!
