Beautiful wooden 2 bedroom cottage having every possible thing one might need. Can easily spend 2 days to enjoy it fully. Worth every price and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet time in Iceland.

I enjoyed living in a home designed by an award winning architect. Beautifully appointed with everything to expect in a luxury home. A short drive to glacier hikes and puffin tour. It was a splurge but worth it.

I stayed at Vagnsstaðir Guesthouse on June 25 and had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to relax after a long day of traveling. The washroom was very clean and came with all the necessary amenities, which made the stay even more convenient. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, well-prepared, and a great start to the day. The overall atmosphere of the guesthouse was quiet and welcoming, perfect for travelers looking to rest in a peaceful setting.

The property is exactly as on the pictures, even better. Comfy rooms, hot tub, tasty food, beautiful surroundings…Wake-up call for Nothern lights was also helpful, and you can see them very clearly right from your window, if you are too lazy to go outside. Very good selection of breakfast treats - smoked salmon was so delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect stay! Would love to stay longer)

Glacier World - Hoffell Guesthouse is located in Hoffell. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access, and view of mountains. The Route 1 Ring Road is just 3 km away. We loved to sit in the hot tubs, after a long driving and hiking day! And the view from the tubs (sunset, glacier) was amazing!

Set just 1 km from Hornafjördur Airport. Free WiFi access. The Route 1 Ring Road is right next to the guest house. A seating area and work desk feature in all guest rooms at Seljavellir Guesthouse. The hostess was extremely nice! My friend got sick and she was so sweet and did everything she could to help us. The rooms were very clean and cosy.

Overlooking Höfn Harbour and Vatnajökull Glacier, this hostel features a guest kitchen, BBQ area and laundry facilities. Staff can help arrange glacier tours, as well as boat and snowmobile trips. Beyond our expectations of a hostel. Everything was new , clean and well done.

Set next to Hof turf church, this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. Skaftafell National Park is 15 minutes' drive away from the hotel. Cape of Ingolfshöfdi is 3 km away. Nice hotel that fit perfectly in our Iceland trip and made us rest perfectly after a bad weather in a camping, it’s very clean, with good breakfast, right on the road, dry and has everything you need to rest!
