The location of the hotel was just perfect for our girls gang. Beach, cafes, clubs, French colony, all were walking distance. The staff was excellent, arranged auto rickshaw n car for our commute. Breakfast was excellent.

Great resort, came for a vacation with our 1 year old and MIL and was perfect for the whole family! The staff was incredibly friendly and receptive to all our needs. Situated in Pondicherry, 8 km from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Le Pondy offers accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. We had a wonderful stay al Le Pondy. The rooms were delightful with a baranda outside with an overhead fan. The staff was attentive to our needs and wants. The message at the Ayurveda center was excellent. Walking on the beach to see the fishermen and especially the sunrise was memorable. We highly recommend Le Pondy.
