We had a room with sauna and balcony. It was a very nice, comfortable and clean room with quite good equipment especially in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and breakfast good. We were there in the summer season so it was very quiet, compared to the other side of the village.

It was easy to access the apartment and find our parking and the apartment itself has all the amenities you would need. We had a great stay! The apartment has a great view of the river just down the hill from the resort.

Scandic Rukahovi is situated in the heart of the Ruka Ski Resort. The ski slopes and 500 km of cross-country ski trails begins just 100 metres away. Free WiFi is included. I've been coming here for the last 15 years now. Rooms and breakfast is great. Staff super friendly and helpful. If you are hiking the Karhunkierros trail then this is the place to stay. Definitely when your finishing in Ruka and want to get to that shower asap. ;-)
