Situated in Hanqiyu in the Hunan region, with Yuanjiajie and Zixia Taoist Temple nearby, 一树一花客栈眷恋店 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

The location is amazing, the hotel and room are very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The friendliness of the staff. They were extremely helpful during our stay and even gave us a little present when we left as it was a tradition of their family.
