Thanks for their thoughtfulness! Besides, the room fulfils our requirement as we have a family of five. The two queen beds are spacious and the sofa bed is big enough for one of my children to use.

Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Featuring an indoor pool, this historic hotel is located in central Ottawa, adjacent to the Parliament Buildings and Rideau Canal. Wonderful view from the room. I love their bee honey soap! We enjoyed the inside cafe/shop and the outside restaurant/bar. We also looked around indoor swimming pool that kept as original, and lots of old historical photos like museum.
