Lovely location in a tastefully renovated former farmhouse with a nice garden. There are some nice walks nearby (Furfooz nature reserve, Walzin castle...) and the hosts gave us a couple of sandwich bags so we could pack a lunch for the day, very nice!

This is a beautiful little hotel with heaps of character. The breakfast was fantastic. The hosts were incredibly helpful and gave us a lift to Ciney so we could catch a train after they realised we were going to walk two kilometres to a bus stop with our bags! We had dinner in a restaurant that was in the same square as the hotel which was very convenient.

Situated in Gembloux, in a historic building, 25 km from Walibi Belgium, Le Relais de la Posterie is a country house with free bikes and garden. We had a wonderful stay at Relay de la Posterie. It's the perfect base for a family to visit Belgium. The gites is fully equipped with everything you might need during the stay. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine and good quality dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom had good quality complimentary toiletries, loads of fluffy towels and even bathrobes. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and also very comfortable. There was a big dining table, working desk, plenty of storage and all the modern modcons such as a TV with Netflix. We felt right at home. There is also a petrol station, supermarket, pharmacy and plenty of other useful shops just a minute drive away from the property. But the highlight of out stay were the hosts, who were incredibly friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. Went out of their way to offer to help us. And showed our son around the farm with the horses, donkeys, ponies, sheep and cats.
