Rodney was an absolute hero welcoming is to the hotel. We couldn’t wish for someone better. He was polite, funny and made us feel right at home. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great and we used the hotel parking space across the street. Gent was fantastic but Rodney made our visit even better.

Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. This hotel feels like a place out of a Harry Potter movie. It's located in a chateau-like historical building. The building is so impressive that tourists are taking photos in front of it all the time. The corridors, lobbies and rooms are full of antique items like books, magnifying glasses, crystal balls, leather journals, old letters, whiskeys and all kinds of liquors. I was surprised to find such historic items all over the hotel, wondering how they kept them secure. The barroom feels like a magical place where you wouldn't mind spending your evenings. I almost don't want to write this review for fear of too many tourists visiting this hotel and that I wouldn't find a room next time.

This luxurious family-run hotel in the Patershol District of Ghent offers rooms in 2 historic buildings and benefits from a free heated swimming pool. Excelent locatiin. Right in the centrum, on the canal, within walking distance from most attraction. We took a suit which wa very spscious with delicate, sophisticated style. Good restaurants all arounf.

The NH Collection Gent is located next to Ghent’s historic town hall building. It features stylish accommodation, a fine dining restaurant and an on-site gym and sauna. Free WiFi is available. Everything, definetely will be my place to go my next visit. Peoplle was very helpful, the hotel is beautiful, super clean, modern and the best thing is the convenient location, it cannot be better!

Located in Wetteren, 18 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent, Burgemeestershof provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very nicely decorated and the owners were very helpful, immediately attending to some technical issues we had with the room. Breakfast has everything you need and we are dog lovers so didn’t mind the three four-legged friends at all.

Situated just 28 km from King Baudouin Stadium, Georges & Madeleine Apartments provides accommodation in Aalst with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a lift. Everything is up to modern standard. There is a convenient shop just three houses away form the location. The city is beautiful and has a lot of shops, bars and restaurants to chose from with a good and frequent connection to Brussels. The station is just a 7 min walk.

A lovely apartment (Daydream) with the bed on an unusual mezzanine, leaving lots of room downstairs with sofa, bathroom and WC in the building under the mezzanine platform. There was a TV and a clever space-saving kitchen facility that can be closed off behind folding doors. We came by bike and they had dedicated parking frames and charging points for e-bikes, all behind a locked gate with keypad access. Easy walking from the centre of town and all restaurants etc.
