Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area. Super luxury accommodation, well run, and friendly. Drove from Munich and parked on site in an underground garage. Walked 1 minute to the lifts, 3 minutes to the grocery store. Breakfast is simple but excellent.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the ski gondolas, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes each day. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. A real highlight was the spacious sauna in the basement, complete with a very nice and quiet chill-out room—perfect for unwinding after hours on the slopes. Another great feature is that each apartment has its own dedicated ski room, which made storing and drying our gear a breeze. We also appreciated the daily garbage takeout service and the fresh towels provided halfway through our stay—small details that made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing ski getaway!

The facilities are well decorated, SPA zone was super clean and modern. Breakfast was good, although the same all week. Location is a bit out of the village but in walking distance. Ski bus stops just in front of the property. Spacious parking lot.
