There were 16 of us. Despite some miscommunication on provision of baby cot at the start, the host made an effort to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was delicious, beds comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious. The live music at breakfast was indeed delightful!

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance

The staff went above and beyond what was expected. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.
