Everything, before booking I knew this was going to be a great experience. Right from the moment you enter you feel this is a great hotel. Decoration is awesome. The rooms are beautiful and you feel at home. You can drink water from the tap. And the SPA is so nice, you only have to tell before on reception the time you want to go to the spa, which was ok. I recommend this to everyone going to Sighisoara, city centre is a few minutes beautiful walk from the hotel, be sure to go to the spa after getting back to the hotel in the afternoon!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully arranged, and so cozy that we instantly felt at home. Every little detail was carefully thought out – from the fresh scent in the rooms to the perfectly organized space – making our stay truly comfortable and relaxing. The pictures don’t do it justice, because in real life it’s even more beautiful and welcoming. The host was not only professional and polite, but also genuinely kind, making sure everything was just right for us. It’s rare to find such honesty and attention to detail, and we truly appreciated it. We left with the best memories and a big smile, already thinking about when we can come back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kokel, and I cannot express how satisfied we were with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, especially from the lovely lady at the reception who made us feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or requests truly set the tone for our stay. The accommodation was fantastic! Our room clean, and had everything that you need. The bathroom was also clean. The bed was comfortable for sleeping The Spa was also great. It's small but again everything was very clean and was very warm. Breakfast was another delightful aspect of our stay. The buffet was rich and varied, offering a wide selection of delicious options to suit all tastes. A big plus for us was that our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel and Baum Restaurant. This made our stay even more enjoyable, knowing our furry friend was included in our getaway.

It was good value for money for us. Good location near to the railwaystation. Eszter at the reception was very helpful. It seems that the hotel was renovated in the near past. The bathroom was big and clearly. A separate restaurant section is reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet offered an ample selection. A particularly good point is that the morning coffee can be ground in portions, made from real coffee to taste, and it was also delicious. The pictures on booking.com are true to reality.

the hotel was stunning inside. Outside when we initially arrived we thought we were in the wrong place , when we walked through the gates the place opened up to a hidden little gem. The staff were great.
