Hotel well located and with good fournitures. Everything was good. Staff member was fluent in english. I believe the hotel was renovated a few years ago. No Onsen in the hotel but we did not need it for our short stay.

Rooftop onsen is fantastic (open until 23:00 and from 06:00 in the morning). Rooms are big for Japanese standards and very comfortable. Location is perfect, just beside the railway station and a big mall.

This is a very good hotel. The room was large with good facilities and comfortable bed. The staff were excellent. Binus- underground parking with elevator straight into hotel lobby. No advance booking for breakfast but you can pay on the day or add to your room charge. I had breakfast on my last morning- good selection, well cooked foods.

Excellent Ryokan! Very comfortable, food was delicious! And the onsens (public and private) were amazing!! :) highly recommend!
