Return to this same resort at Myoko after 2 years. What I like : 1. Near to several ski resorts 2. Provides transport to train station, to ski resorts, to dinner place 3. Onsen 4. Big Japanese room for 2 person (can fit 4) 5. Simple breakfast (new owners setting up). Kind of miss the Japanese type breakfast two year ago. 6. Can do dinner at resort 7. Nice drying and locker room for snow gears. 8. Quiet place for good night rest. 9. Discount lift tickets to Alpen Blick Ski resort that is few minutes away. New owners should run in the resort well this season and improve on the next season.

With mountain views, Japan Snowsports is set in Iiyama and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, sun terrace and barbecue.

Ms. Tsukada has been an incredible host and made us feel very comfortable before we even arrived by giving us information about the way to go to the Ryokan. Once we arrived, we were provided with the best service we ever had as well as a lot of attentions, and the food was out of this world. I cannot recommend enough to spend some time there.

Very friendly staff who were always ready to offer their help! The room had a view of the farm and mountains which were really idyllic on a clearer day. I also appreciate the small onsen at the end of a long day. Had a really relaxing time there and will visit again!

Dugi and the Morino team are excellent - super welcoming and friendly. Offered to drop us at the station when we arrived / left. There's a great communal set up and a chill, homely atmosphere.

Only a 7-minute walk from Akakura Ski Resort, Hotel Taiko features indoor and outdoor public hot spring baths, massages and a sauna.

Overall experience is excellent, room is nice, the outdoor onsen with the open view is nothing to complain except the cold water pool only on female side🫣 Location is also good within short walking distance to the area center.

Offering mountain views, Sasakura onsen Ryuunso in Itoigawa provides accommodation and an open-air bath. A hot spring bath is available for guests, along with a public bath.
