I like that the staff is very nice, they helped us even with cleaning our baggage. The breakfast is very diverse and you also have champagne at it. This hotel also has happy hour which means free drinks and food. Also we had a private onsen with a greaat view.

wonderful experience, really classy hotel, you feel like in a movie. the shuttle service from the station is perfect. we had a room with a balcony onsen which is just amazing and then the shared onsen is also beautiful. Beautiful apartment, we were all amazed. The hosts even helped us book our taxi back to the station, very kind and helpful.
