The house was spotlessly clean and the location was simply perfect. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room with futon bedding, which was both comfortable and cozy it gave us the feeling of experiencing Japan like the locals do. The host was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. He even went out of his way to pick us up from Shin-Fuji Station and kindly drove us back when we checked out. Although the house has an amazing view of Mount Fuji, unfortunately the mountain was hidden by clouds during our visit. Still, the setting was so peaceful and beautiful that we didn’t feel we missed out. We rented bicycles and cycled to the Shiraito Falls, which was absolutely breathtaking. If you enjoy nature and want to spend some quiet time away from the crowds, I highly recommend renting a bike and exploring the area it was one of the highlights of our trip.

Although the room was small it had everything that I required. Layout was a little different from what I expected, with the table extending into the main part of the room. However this worked for me. The baths was a good additional features which was excellent.

The owner is a very friendly lady. She offered to take me to the bus station early in the morning (going to station 5, Mt Fuji).

Wow, this hotel is amazing. It is a perfect place where to stay. Very humble and friendly staff, hotel is very clean and beautiful. And the location- from hotel room you can see Mount Fuji. Wifi was strong and breakfast very good.

Amazing owner Masako made our stay unforgettable in Fuji. The room was cozy and had everything, located on the second floor, bathroom was also good. The house with soul and wonderful details. We were invited to the concert in another building with great sound and atmosphere. Masako is very friendly and interesting lady, with a good knowledge of English. We had wonderful time in this place and would love to return one day!
