Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Warm and helpful staff, quirky funny barman with lovely cocktails, but the view is the star here. We loved the Japanese room with the futon and majestic view of Fuji. And the public Onsen was really good!

The place was amazing and the overall experience was fantastic! The staff, Hatori-san along with his female co-worker whom I forgot the name of (sorry!) was very friendly and always there to assist us with any questions or request. We asked Hatori-san to help us book a taxi to the train station, but all the taxis in the area were busy so he even personally drove us with his own car! Can't imagine anywhere else where we would get this type of service. We were also lucky that there weren't too many other guests at that time so we felt like we had the all the attention ☺️.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sent shuttle to pick us up. They also gave us good advice in around. The food was amazing and the portion was huge. The taste of food is good as well. We can see mt Fuji from our room on 2nd day of stay and it was amazing experience. We booked the room with half board. The value is great!! and If there is a chance to come back to this hotel again.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.
