The resort was so amazing. The staff was so friendly and sweet. Our daughter loved everything about it and we did too. They remembered her name and every day there was a surprise in our room. well, it is very difficult to say because everything was amazing! The personal is just outstanding. They were so helpful and nice. Everything. We booked this place at the last minute and were slightly apprehensive since they had recently opened so there were less reviews but we spent all our time in this hotel and it was perfect. The rooms. The food(try their Nasi Goreng or their white coffee. Pro tip get some Indomie and request the chef to whip you some). The pool indoors. The most beautiful bathrooms. And the absolutely stunning views. But nothing tops the hosts both Michael and Cynthia went above and beyond to make our trip great whether through great reviews(trust Michael’s restaurant choice) or Cynthia offering her own steam iron they really made the stay great for us. One night my husband was unwell and I knocked at their room at 2am and they came, checked him up, gave extra blankets and stayed till I was at peace.
