We had a pleasant stay in Heraklion. The Hotel is completely new and everything was outstanding. It was very clean, the whole team of the hotel is very very kind and helpful, especially the concierge Jannos! If you have any question, ask him. He is a great and friendly guy who knows nearly everything about Crete and will fulfill any wish you could ever imagine. My absolute highlight of the hotel is the pool with a sky bar next to it on the roof. There you have a wonderful view to the sea and parts of the city. The hotel is located in the city center of Heraklion. It only takes approx. 5 minutes to every location of interest. I will definitely come back to the hotel. The one and only choice to make if you visit Crete. Thank you very much.

Dom Boutique Hotel is one of the most wonderful hotels I have stayed in. Outstanding staff, always to help you, spacious and also ergonomic rooms, excellent bed, fantastic breackfast. Extremely well located hotel with a rooftop restaurant offering a varied menu, a magnificent view of the old port and succulent dishes. Rooms with a sea view actually have a view so beautiful that photos can't do it justice. Staff very welcoming, attentive, nice and responsive at all times. Highly recommendable, the hotel is well equipped and lacks nothing, and the staff are just like all the Cretans we met: as friendly as possible.
