An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

I like the design of the bunk bed. One excellent thing is that upper and lower bunk beds are quite independent. Very often, you would wake up because someone turns around or climb up or so, because beds are shaking. But I am amazed when I enjoyed a good night of sleep :D

Location!! near everything! an excelent view from the restaurant where we had breakfast!! in front of the port! has a private parking !! which is a luxury in Chania! The employes that worked in the breakfast restaurant from The Restaurant and breakfast!! i loved the yougurt!!! The rooms , modern... nice , good shower!! i will return again for sure!! I loved !!!!

Great location, nice and clean. Quiet. The buffet had everything. The pool was great to relax by. Of course couples would mark their beds and not use for 3hours. (should be a rule) The staff were AMAZING. Walking distance to the beach and old town.

Very clean and brand new. Wine and welcome fruits in the appartement, coffee and tea without the need to pay for it, much appreciated. Marbel and wood in all the appartement and huge balcony. + electric stores, very rare in hotels in general so much appreciated for people Who needs to sleep in a room without being woken up with the sunlight. Perfect location for a walk in the hold Chania or for shopping. Very good quality/price (low season).
