The staff was super friendly and helpful. And we even got a free room upgrade ! The room was super cozy and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was very good and the lounge area the perfect place to relax and to eat something. Finally I really loved the Spa !

Dippy Cottage is a charming, cozy retreat that offers everything needed for a peaceful escape. The cottage is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and the thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch. The host was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return!

Charming hotel and a very cosy bar and dining area. Food excellent. We stayed in the Spa suite which is quirky and had the best biscuits ever. Will return when it’s warmer to use the tub outside. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic modern hotel, vast family sized room with an excellent bathroom. Great food, 24hr room service and a modern feel throughout. Would definitely stay again when next in Eastbourne. Great Value!
